10월 (5), 6일 한국외국어대학교에서 열릴 예정인 국제촘스키학회 가을 정기 학술발표회를 위해 지난 8월 말의 deadline에 맞추어 논문초록 (abstract)을 많이 내주셨는 바, 그 중에서 최종적으로 아래 분들이 발표자로 선정되었음을 알립니다.

위에서 보시다시피, 정기적인 국내 학술대회에도 엄격한 abstract 심사를 거쳐, 여러국적의 학자들이 발표하게되어 국제촘스키학회는 명실상부한 국제학회로서의 성격을 갖추게 되었습니다. 회원선생님의 성원과 적극적인 참여가 이 모든 것을 가능하게 했다고 보고, 감사를 드립니다.
이번 학회에서는 문장분석과 언어습득 문제에 있어서 21세기에 하나의 paradigm이 된
Chomsky의 국면(phase)이론을 확대개발하는 phase extension (국면확장) 이론도 발표될 것이고, 그 외 Chomsky와 직, 간접적으로 관련되어있는 학문에 종사하는 회원 선생님들의 주옥같은 작품이 발표될 것으로 예상되므로 회원 선생님과 촘스키의 또 다른 분야에도 지대한 관심을 가지신 시민단체 여러분께서 배전의 관심을 가지시고, 많이 참여, 참석해주시기를 바랍니다. 10월 (5), 6일 입니다. 학술대회를 주위에도 많이 알려주시기를 바라고, 학술대회 전에도 이 공지사항을 통해 연락 말씀 자주 보내드리기로 하겠습니다. 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.
As you might have noticed, rigorous evaluation of the abstracts was conducted and in the list above are only the names of presenters whose abstracts were accepted. Also the presenters are having various nationalities. We'd like to ascribe the progress to each and all of our ISCS members and civic groups who give us constant support. There will be stimulating presentations, all concerning directly and/or indirctly Chomsky's deep and diverse body of work. Without your participation and attendance, the conference wouldn't be brought to fruition. The conference falls on Oct (5), 6 at HUFS. Look forward to seeing you there then. Thank you very much.
